Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Praxis, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

What Praxis is

Praxis lets you save content from other platforms, sort it against goals you name, schedule it into timed practice sessions, and log a reflection note after each one. It is not affiliated with YouTube, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, or any other platform whose content you may save.

Your account

You need an account, authenticated through Clerk, to use Praxis. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Your content

You're responsible for what you save and write into Praxis — links, titles, notes, and reflections. Don't save or submit content that's illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have the right to save. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.

Third-party content and links

Saved items link to content hosted on third-party platforms. We don't host, control, or take responsibility for that content, and opening it (including through Praxis's in-app browser) is subject to that platform's own terms.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
• Don't use Praxis to store or distribute unlawful content.
• Don't try to access another user's data or account.

Intellectual property

Praxis's name, design, and code are owned by us. Your saved content and notes remain yours — using the app doesn't transfer ownership of anything you save or write to us.

Termination

You can stop using Praxis and request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Praxis is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for content you save, third-party platforms you visit through the app, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we'll update the effective date above.
